Mapping and developing key relationships
What is it?
People’s behaviours, attitudes and motivations can influence the way we communicate and engage with them. This workshop enables participants to identify their key stakeholders and, using the concepts of personal and emotional intelligence, better manage their key relationships both inside and outside of the organisation.
Who is it for?
This workshop is ideal for those analysts who are needing to engage with people more widely across the organisation and wish to take their relationships with their key stakeholders to the next level. Suitable for analysts with at least 12 months experience who deal directly with stakeholders and decision makers
What do participants learn?
Participants will learn how to develop an effective Stakeholder Map which will enable them to build strategies for communicating and interacting with their contacts. Through the application of the key elements of emotional intelligence in combination with effective personality profiling they will be able to tailor their approach to different personalities to improve their engagements with their key customers
